It is considered a unique summer sweet that can be enjoyed as cool as an ice cream cake. It consists of two layers of mint mousse with white chocolate and gateau chocolat dough. The crispy texture of the chocolate on the top surface adds an accent.

The mint mousse contains fresh peppermint, spearmint, and apple mint from Niikura Farm, a herb garden in Nishitokyo City, while the mint mousse is finished in a light green hue with no flavoring or coloring. The fresh aroma of natural mint is said to be enjoyed with a refreshing aftertaste.

The gateau chocolat dough is made from "HIGH CACAO" chocolate (80% cocoa concentration) made from Ghanaian cocoa beans. The taste is pleasantly bitter and light, and is said to be easy to eat even in summer. It is suitable for pairing with sweet white wine, jasmine tea, and green tea.
