Queen's Isetan "Domestic ginger ginger ale base

This ginger ale base was created as a sister product to the lemonade base that was introduced in March and was very well received.

Two types of ginger juice and ginger syrup are used. The ginger syrup is made by slowly cooking Japanese ginger slices for over an hour to bring out the flavor and aroma of the ginger, while the honey and lemon juice prevent it from becoming too spicy. It is considered to be easy for children to drink and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

It can also be used in various ways, such as adding it to a highball made with carbonated soda and whiskey or a canned highball to make a "ginger highball," or adding it to milk tea to make a "chai-like" drink. It is also said to be useful in micro-alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as in "sober-curious" drinks that do not dare to drink alcohol.

It can also be used in ginger-flavored dishes. When the pork shoulder is cooked through, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes, then return the juices from the foil to the pan, add butter, coarsely ground pepper, ginger ale and a dash of soy sauce, and cook gently to coat the meat.
