Two types of cream cheese from France and Australia, carefully selected for their acidity, richness, flavor and smoothness, are used in the batter, and Setouchi lemon juice and pineapple puree are kneaded into the batter.


The refreshing sweet and sour taste of the Setouchi lemon complements the cream cheese, giving it a cheesiness that is fully felt while leaving a lingering, refreshing sourness that lingers on the palate. The tart is baked with powdered cheese added to the dough for a rich flavor so that the cheese can be felt even from the base of the tart. This baked cheese cake is refreshing and delicious even on a hot day.
