Ramen Kagetsu Arashi "Tsugaru Konko Niboshi Nagao Chuka Soba - Gogu Nibo

According to Ramen Kagetsu Arashi, this dish was created under the supervision of Dai Nagao, the owner of Nagao Chuka Soba, which was established in 2004 and pioneered the niboshi ramen boom. It is said to be easily enjoyed at a nearby restaurant without having to travel to the area.

The soup is described as featuring a "gogombo" broth that is not only rich, but also expresses Aomori's unique flavor. The noodles are made with "extra-thick, non-starchy noodles," which are smooth to slurp and have a sticky texture that enhances the flavor of the broth. Toppings include small green onions, pork thigh chashu pork, pork belly chashu pork with skin, and niboshi powder, all of which are suitable for mixing with the soup.
