Saki Yoken will introduce "Summer Kanagawa Ajiwai Bento" which will be available at about 160 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo from June 16 to August 31. The price is 980 yen (tax included).

This series is made as a tie-up project with the prefecture in order to increase the number of tourists to Kanagawa Prefecture. The "White rice (topped with stir-fried edamame and chirimen-jako)" features stir-fried edamame and chirimen-jako (dried young sardines and baby sardines) in a refreshing kombu broth with a hint of white sesame seeds to whet the appetite. The other dish, "White rice with Odawara pickled plums (topped with Odawara pickled plums)" is topped with Odawara pickled plums, which are pickled only with salt and dried in the sun, and paired with Sakiyo-ken's glutinous white rice.

The main dish, "Misaki Tuna Stewed with Ginger" is made with tuna landed at Misaki Port and stewed with ginger, and the sweet and spicy sauce is soaked into the tuna to make the white rice more appetizing. The "Stir-fried Miura Megi Hijiki and Kukiwakame" is made by stir-frying Miura megi hijiki with kukiwakame, carrots, and deep-fried tofu, which gives the dish a rich texture and sesame oil flavor. Odawara Kamaboko" has a resilient texture and is also considered to be a dish with a good texture.

In addition, three pieces of "old-fashioned shiomai", "bamboo shoot stew", "spicy konnyaku stew", "carrot stew", "lotus root stew", "egg omelet", and "pickled cucumber" are included. In addition, "mango warabimochi" is also included as a sweet. It is considered a summery dessert with a tropical flavor using seasonal mangoes.
