Niyodo Blue Cake from Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture

Niyodo Blue" is a top-quality muskmelon grown using subsoil water from the Niyodo River, which is praised as a "miraculous clear stream" and boasts the highest clarity in Japan. Each melon in the greenhouse is carefully selected from a single tree, and is carefully nurtured so that all the nutrients are poured into only one selected melon. The melons are characterized by sweet, juicy flesh and a mellow aroma, and have a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The "Niyodo Blue" is lavishly used, cut into large pieces and decorated. You can enjoy the taste of "Niyodo Blue" itself, along with the abundant juice that spreads in your mouth. The base is fromage blanc. Priced at 1,300 yen per piece (tax included, same below).
