You can enjoy the taste of "Niyodo Blue" itself, along with the abundant juice that spreads in your mouth. The base is fromage blanc. Priced at 1,300 yen per piece (tax included, same below).
Muskmelon ShortcakeFresh and sweet muskmelon with a mellow aroma is sandwiched between rich custard cream. The muskmelon and custard cream are a perfect match. Priced at 1,200 yen per piece. The patissier of the day uses the muskmelon recommended by the pastry chef.
