Hitokuchi Mango Jelly
The rich sweetness and refreshing sourness of Alfonso mangoes fill the mouth with this bite-sized jelly. The luxurious puree of 100% Indian-grown Alphonso mangoes gives it a fruity taste just like real mangoes. No food additives are used in this jelly in order to convey the taste of Alfonso mango as it is. The taste of Alfonso mangoes is maximized, resulting in a thick, rich jelly that is satisfying even in bite-size portions.This jelly is made with only natural ingredients such as mango puree, agar agar, konjac flour, and lemon juice. In order to directly convey the taste of Alphonso mango, we thought that the jelly should be purely natural, without adding any unnecessary ingredients (Eucheim calls the technique of making sweets from natural ingredients without any impurities). After repeated trial after trial, we created the golden ratio of the formula that solved the problem.
