Setouchi Lemon Tart

The Setouchi Lemon Tart, available only at the online store, was created with the idea of bringing the taste of the long-selling "Lemon Tart" to the rest of Japan. The tart is made with the zest and zest of Setouchi lemons, which are sweet and sour even down to the peel, layered with a melt-in-your-mouth lemon cream and lemon confiture in a savory almond tart. The cream is then carefully squeezed by hand like a dress and served with a jelly-like pastry de fruie made by slowly simmering the lemon juice.

Enjoy the taste of lemon flavor trapped in every part of the dish. A chocolate plate on which you can write a message is also available at the same time for celebrations.
