Dore "Dore Peanut Paste & Peanut Cream Set"

Sweets specialty store Dore will release "Dore Peanut Paste & Peanut Cream Set" on June 1. The price is 2,970 yen (tax included). The product is only available on the Hankyu Department Store's mid-year gift website.

About 75% of domestically produced peanuts come from Chiba Prefecture, of which Yachimachi City boasts the largest production in Japan. Dore, which continues to promote the appeal of Japan's number one peanut through its delicious confections, will be offering a gift set that includes peanut paste and peanut cream made from Yachimata peanuts.

Dore Peanut Paste & Peanut Cream Set

The peanut paste is carefully made from peanuts produced in Yachimachi, Chiba Prefecture, and has a mildly sweet taste. The peanut cream has a rich flavor, but is surprisingly fluffy and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. Each flavor is packaged in a jar.

The peanuts used in the "Dore" confectionery are the special beans of Ikemiya, a Yachimachi-based peanut processing company that has been in business for three generations. The company has been involved in the production process of contract farmers, and by insisting on naturally dried and hulled peanuts that retain their flavor, they are characterized by their richness, sweetness, and pleasant crunchiness that lingers in the aftertaste.
