Firefly Squid Sauteed in Butter and Soy Sauce
Ingredients (2 servings)
100 g boiled firefly squid4 leeks
20 g butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
Sautéed Firefly Squid with Butter and Soy Sauce Directions
Heat butter in a frying pan and add minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.Add the firefly squid and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the green onions cut into 3-4 cm lengths and saute for 1 minute more.
Pour soy sauce over the squid and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the heat when the water evaporates.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
