A new addition to the popular "KATSUYA" series of tonkatsu specialty restaurants, a stamina menu for early summer. This is a power menu featuring stir-fried pork halami cut into large pieces with plenty of vegetables, finished with a salty garlic sauce. The spicy miso topping adds a different flavor to the dish, making it a dish that is both satisfying and enjoyable. The chicken cutlet is simply prepared with sauce. Only a simple bowl of rice is available. Priced at 759 yen (tax included, same as below).
