The whole-size "Lemon Tart" will be available from June 1 to July 14. It measures approximately 12 cm in diameter and is priced at 2,160 yen (tax included, the same below).

It is filled with a sweet and sour lemon cream with fresh lemon juice and zest, and is said to be the perfect refreshing treat for summer. Two kinds of fresh Hokkaido cream are blended to create a smooth and flavorful texture that goes well with the sweet and sour lemon. The cookie dough is layered with almond cream with lemon peel to accentuate the flavor and aroma, and baked to perfection. Some stores do not carry this product.

Lemon Cream Sandwich Assortment

Lemon Cream Sandwich Assortment" can be ordered at the official online store until August 31. The price is 1,188 yen for the (S) size, which contains 9 pieces, and 1,620 yen for the (M) size, which contains 14 pieces.

The assortment also includes "Lemon Cream Sandwich," a light baked pastry that brings out the sweet and sour flavor of lemons, "Langues de chat Citron" covered with lemon-flavored white chocolate, and "Financier" with the aroma of fermented butter. The package features an illustration of "Lemon Lady," a woman in a lemon-colored dress walking on a meadow under a summer sky.
