This cake has a reduced sugar content of 9.3g (0.11oz) (excluding erythritol) per piece. A layer of low-sugar rare cheese mousse with a rich taste using erythritol as part of the sugar, a sponge baked with dietary fiber and soy flour, sweet and sour low-sugar raspberry mousse, and low-sugar berry sauce, and finished with whipped cream and a single raspberry. Mont Blanc cake with only 6.3g (0.11oz) of sugar (excluding erythritol) per piece. Sponge baked with dietary fiber and soy flour, low-sugar coffee jelly, and low-sugar coffee cream with a hint of rum are layered on top. The cake is finished with a generous dollop of low-sugar mascarpone cream and topped with cocoa powder. The tiramisu's deliciousness can be fully enjoyed while keeping the sugar content low.
