Chun Sui Tang will launch its summer specials, "Hot Soy Milk Soup Cool Noodles" and "Salted Chicken Soy Milk Soup Cool Noodles," on June 15. Carried at all stores except the Lumine Est store.

The new "Hot Soy Milk Soup Ryoumen" and "Salted Chicken Soy Milk Soup Ryoumen" are "Soy Milk Soup Ryoumen" made with soy milk, an essential ingredient in Taiwanese cuisine. These are exclusive to Shunsuido Japan, and are made with Shunsuido's original blend of spices and sauces, mixed with plenty of vegetables and served with chilled noodles. Priced at 950 yen each (tax included). Both are available with a drink set from 1,450 yen.

Hot Soy Milk Soup Ryoumen

Cool noodles in a cold chicken white soup made with soymilk and topped with an original Taiwanese spiced meat miso. In addition to the mellow soy milk, rich miso, and refreshing acidity of tomatoes, the special Chinese sauce and toppings of sesame oil and raayu (Chinese red chili oil) create an appetizing spicy flavor.

Salted Chicken Soy Milk Soup Ryoumen

Cold chicken white soup made with soy milk and filled with lemon juice. The combination of soy milk and refreshing lemon is perfect for the hot summer. It is refreshingly finished with lemon-marinated salted chicken and diced tomatoes.
