Café COMSA, which uses carefully selected seasonal delicious fruits from all over Japan and farms to provide artful cakes that remind us of the four seasons in Japan, will sell "Short Cake with 'Ripe Mango' from Miyazaki Prefecture" for a limited time only. It will be on sale for two days, May 21 and 22. The price is 2,000 yen per piece (tax included).

Café COMSA has designated the 22nd of each month as "Shortcake Day. The date was chosen because the 15th is on top of the 22nd on the calendar, and strawberries (the 15th) are on top of the 22nd.

Shortcake with "Ripe Mango" from Miyazaki Prefecture

Luxurious "fully ripe mangoes" from Miyazaki Prefecture are used, which have a melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich sweetness. To enhance the taste of the mango, it is combined with fresh cream with a moderate sweetness. This shortcake allows you to enjoy the taste of the "fully ripe mango" itself.
