Kamakura Goro's Konatsu Jyure

A summer-only product made to coincide with the season of the refreshing citrus fruit "Konatsu". It is a cool sweet that not only looks good, but also tastes and feels refreshing. It is recommended to cool it down in the refrigerator.


The julée makes full use of the elegant sweetness, moderate acidity, and slight bitterness of the konatsu, which has been nurtured under the full sun of Tosa, a tropical country. The sweet, sour and juicy flavor unique to Konatsu will fill your mouth. The fruit pulp and juice, as well as the slices of peeled rings soaked in syrup, are also included to give the dish a gorgeous appearance and aroma. This is a dish that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of konatsu.


The appeal of this dish is its smoothness, which can be enjoyed only because it is made from a gelée. It is soft and melts instantly in your mouth, making it perfect for those times when you feel your appetite is low due to the summer heat.


Priced at 280 yen per piece or 918 yen for a set of three (tax included). Some stores may not carry the quantity.
