Bulgari Il Cioccolato "Aperitivo

According to Bulgari Il Cioccolato, aperitivo is a time when people in Italy enjoy conversation with acquaintances and colleagues over an aperitif and a light meal as the sun goes down. This year's chocolates were inspired by this culture.

The Negroni, an Italian-born cocktail that is a staple of the aperitivo, is represented in chocolate. A ganache of gin, vermouth, and Campari syrup is combined with a ganache of orange and passion fruit, covered with bitter chocolate.

The fresh and fruity flavor is said to be as if the bartender made the cocktail right in front of you. Even non-drinkers can enjoy this flavor.

The box is bright orange, inspired by the early summer sunsets in Rome, and is sleeved with a cool light green logo.
