A new espresso-infused frozen drink, Café Salted Caramel, will be available at Excelsior Café starting May 26. It is topped with caramel sauce, rock salt, whipped cream, and pretzels.

Excelsior Cafe's new "Cafe Salted Caramel" is an espresso frozen drink with an addictive sweetness. The sweetness of the caramel sauce, which goes well with coffee, is perfectly matched with the saltiness of rock salt. It can also be sipped with whipped cream topping for a mellower taste. The pretzel topping, which looks lovely, also provides a crispy texture.
