FLO PRESTIGE PARIS has announced on its official website that sweets using "Kanjikuou" bananas will be available from May 12. Two types of sweets, "Taiwan Castella Kanjiku-oh Banana Sandwich Cake" and "Kanjiku-oh Banana and Chocolate Tart Pie," will be available from May 12.

Taiwan Castella Sweet Ripe King Banana Sandwich Cake

The Taiwan Castella "Sweet Ripe King Banana Sandwich Cake" is made from "Sweet Ripe King" bananas cultivated in the highlands, which have a sweetness, texture, and rich flavor, and which are grown over time using our own cultivation experience and technology. The fluffy Taiwanese sponge cake is covered with mascarpone cream and bananas, and accented with chocolate syrup. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included) for a 10cm-high whole.

Sweet Ripe King Banana and Chocolate Tart Pie

The "Sweet Ripe King Banana and Chocolate Tart Pie" is an almond cream tart pie topped with Sweet Ripe King bananas, walnuts, and chocolate chips, and baked to perfection. The price is 1,490 yen for a whole pie (about 20 cm in length) and 205 yen for a cut.
