Ingredients (for 2 persons)
6 chicken wings1 fresh onion
4 snap peas
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
coarsely ground black pepper

Cut onion into quarters. Cut chicken wings along the bone with a knife.Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and add chicken wings.
Remove any scum, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add onion, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add snap peas, butter and salt, cook briefly and turn off the heat.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
