Citrus Fromage Gelatte

This citrus jelly, perfect for early summer, is made with Setouchi lemons and sweetened with orange juice. Furthermore, by adding a hint of basil, the fresh aroma that leaves your nose when you taste it is just like the sunny and refreshing Italy of early summer. Toppings include a light form of fromage blanc, a crunchy graham cookie, and lemon peel.
