Melted Nama Yatsuhashi Kyara Merry

The chef of "Western-style confectionery Gigan Sakai" in Hanamikoji, Gion, Kyoto, has evolved the tradition of the traditional sweets with the idea of creating a new souvenir unique to Kyoto. Aromatic caramel made from Hokkaido cream and sugar, cooked to the last possible consistency, is wrapped in a dough made from stone-pounded Koshihikari rice. The subtle bitterness of the caramel and the soft dough are mellowly ....... You can enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Biju's "Melting Nama Yatsuhashi Kyaramarii" would make a great souvenir. Please enjoy the new texture of mellow caramel melting in your mouth. Why not pick one up when you see one?
