The popular day-of-week flavor will be available daily for a limited time. North American wheat, Renge honey, and Hokkaido milk are combined with Hokkaido cream cheese and Mascarpone, and baked to moist perfection.

Two kinds of fine and aromatic Hokkaido cheeses are lavishly used, and the dough is slowly and carefully mixed to create a chiffon-like bread with a smooth and delicate texture. The inside of the bread is sweet and soft, and when it is toasted, you can enjoy the savory sweetness and rich aroma of the cheese, just like a baked pastry.

It is also indicated that it is suitable not only for toast with butter, but also for French toast dipped in appareil.
