Fruit tart specialty store Quilfévon will begin accepting online reservations for its new "Tarte Tiara: Special Miyazaki Mango Tart" on May 12 at 10:00 a.m.

A new special tart featuring a tiara to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the company's founding. This fourth tart is filled with mangoes from Miyazaki Prefecture, a very popular fruit this time of year. Fully ripe mangoes grown in the warm climate of Miyazaki Prefecture are characterized by their rich, strong aroma and intense sweetness. The pulp has little fibers and is melt-in-your-mouth smooth.

In addition to the top slice, the inside is filled with cubes of "Miyazaki fully ripened mango. In order to match the rich flavor of the mango, the custard cream is combined with cream cheese from the "Le Gall" dairy brand in Brittany, France, to give it a refreshing zing.


The price is 15,660 yen for a whole (17cm) (8% tax included). Whole cakes only. Cut cakes will not be sold.

All Kirfevon stores will receive the cake. The delivery period is from May 16. Since sales are limited to online reservations, the cake will not be sold in stores on the same day or ordered by phone.
