Mamatozzo" will be available at the Osu Main Store, KITTE Nagoya Store, Moriyama directly-managed store, and some Asakusa stores from May 6 to 8. The price is 350 yen per piece (tax included).

Aoyagi Sohonke's classic Japanese confectionery "frog manju" is made in the style of "maritozzo," a sweet of Italian origin, and "kerotozzo" has been made even more special for Mother's Day.

The thin skinned pastry is filled with red bean paste and covered with a cream mixture of fresh cream and cream cheese. Lemon juice is added to make it moist and not too sweet.

Kerotozzo Cream Cheese & Lemon is a Japanese/Western confectionary made of thin dough filled with sweet bean paste, cream blended with fresh cream and cream cheese, and lemon juice added.

The Kerotozzo Rum Raisin & Walnut is whipped with cream blended with fresh cream and cream cheese and filled with rum-soaked raisins and walnuts. It is paired with a thin dough "frog manju" filled with koshi-an (sweet bean paste).
