FamilyMart's No.1 selling original ice cream "Taberu Ranch" series will release a limited quantity of "Taberu Ranch Premium" on May 3. The price is 258 yen including tax (price may vary in some areas).

Taberu Ranch Premium

Since its launch in October 2017, the Taberu Ranch series has sold a total of 74.6 million units (as of the end of March 2022). It is FamilyMart's No. 1 selling original ice cream product.

TABERU Ranch Premium" was sold in limited quantities in December 2021 as the first premium product using raw milk produced in Betsukai Town, Hokkaido, and focusing on ingredients. It was well received by many people. After sales ended, requests for its revival continued to come in, so the decision was made to re-launch the product in limited quantities.

The premium ice cream is made with 37% raw milk from Betsukai Town, Hokkaido, and 23% fresh cream from Hokkaido, for a rich flavor. The milkiness and smooth texture of the ice cream are also cited as its appeal.


Betsukai Town in Hokkaido is located on the eastern edge of Hokkaido and has the best climate and soil for dairy farming, making it the largest producer of raw milk in Japan. The town has more cows than population, with approximately 110,000 head of cattle raised for a population of approximately 15,000.

The cows are fed water from Lake Mashu, which is one of the clearest lakes in Japan, and their feed is homegrown. By creating a stress-free environment for the cows, high-quality raw milk is produced.
