Anmitsu Mihamashi announced on its official website that "chilled shiratama shiruko", "cream chilled shiratama shiruko", and "chilled shiratama shiruko (souvenir)" are now available at Anmitsu Mihamashi. All of them will be available for a limited time only.

Chilled Shiratama Shiruko

Chilled Shiratama Shiruko is characterized by its light red bean paste, which is different from the red bean paste used in anmitsu and oshiruko. It is described as being smooth and easy to eat even on a hot day.

The price is 570 yen (tax included, same below). For the summer 2022 eat-in menu, customers can choose agar topping for an additional 120 yen.

Cream Cold Shiratama Shiruko

The "Cream Cold Shiratama Shiruko" is a summery dish topped with soft-serve ice cream. The price is 700 yen.

Cold Shiratama Shiruko (souvenir)

Chilled Shiratama Shiruko (souvenir) is a take-out item. It is made with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and mochi shiratama (sticky rice cake) floating on top. It is marketed as a dish that will cheer you up even when it is hot and you have no appetite. The price is 430 yen.
