FamilyMart will launch a new series of Omusubi, "Full of Ingredients! Omusubi" will be available at FamilyMart. The first series, "Mentaiko and Pickled Salmon" and "Kakiage" will be available from April 26.

A new series of FamilyMart Omusubi, "Ingredients Dukkusan! Omusubi" is a new series of FamilyMart Omusubi, which is made so that the ingredients can be seen through the rice, making the Omusubi visually appealing as well. Omusubi with visible ingredients are popular at omusubi specialty stores.

Mentaiko and Pickled Salmon

A rice ball wrapped with mentaiko cod roe and marinated salmon. Mentaiko (cod roe) is wrapped around the top of the omusubi so that you can enjoy the ingredients from the first bite. The rice is wrapped with salmon marinated in a soy sauce-based sauce to soak up the flavor. The price is 160 yen (tax included).

Kakiage (deep-fried oysters)

Kakiage (deep-fried shrimp, leaf radish and onion) wrapped in rice. The kakiage is mixed with a special seafood-flavored sauce. The generous portion of ingredients can be enjoyed. Priced at 158 yen.
