Kishimen Pie was introduced in 1979 and is a long-selling baked good known as a Nagoya souvenir. It is characterized by its fluffy texture and flavorful texture, and is made with extract from mullet joints and tamari soy sauce from Marumata Shoten, a local soy sauce brewer.
