To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Marugen Ramen, a cup noodle of the restaurant's famous "Aged Soy Sauce Ramen Meat Soba" was created. It is a blockbuster product that took about one and a half years to develop.

The soup fully expresses the aroma of soy sauce, pork flavor, and sweetness that characterize the meat soba, and is a perfect match for the straight, thin, wheat-scented noodles that are reminiscent of the noodles at the restaurant. Pork belly is added as a garnish to reproduce the flavor of the restaurant's noodles. The addition of the optional "oil with aged soy sauce" gives the dish an appetizing aroma of rich, aged soy sauce.

What is Aged Soy Sauce Ramen Meat Soba?

Marugen Ramen's signature dish is "Aged Soy Sauce Ramen Meat Soba. Each time an order is placed, a bowl of the soup is cooked with pork in a pot by hand and finished with Japanese toppings such as firm, high-plycreased noodles, grated yuzu pepper, and green onions. The key ingredient of the soup, aged soy sauce gaeshi, is a blend of three types of thick soy sauce.
