A "new Nabona" combining fluffy dough with butter cream made from fresh salty Hokkaido butter and sweet red bean paste made from domestic ingredients. The rich yet light and fluffy texture has been very popular since its launch.

The key to the flavor is the soft and smooth red bean paste, which is made with carefully selected domestic ingredients such as Hokkaido azuki beans and Setouchi lemon lemon, and carefully cooked in the famous Hakushu water at the foot of the Southern Alps.
