Burger King will introduce Salsa & Avocado Smoky Whopper and Salsa & Avocado Smoky Whopper Jr. starting April 22.

Salsa & Avocado Smoky Whopper

This is the first in a series of "Smoky Whopper" burgers with a smoky sauce. The "Smoky Salsa Sauce" is made with a concentrated tomato flavor, the complex spiciness of cumin, coriander, oregano, paprika, and several spices, and a smoky aroma derived from hickory.

It is also made with rich cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and other vegetables, and served on a toasted sesame bun. It is said to be a dish suitable for early summer. The price is 840 yen (tax included). The set includes French fries (M) and a drink (M) for 1,140 yen.

Salsa & Avocado Smoky Whopper Jr.

The "Salsa & Avocado Smoky Whopper" is a reasonably sized hamburger featuring a combination of an open-flame grilled 100% beef patty, avocado, and smoky salsa sauce. The burger is priced at 510 yen for an individual burger and 790 yen for a set.

In addition, Burger King will be offering a campaign in which customers will receive two stamps instead of the usual one when they purchase either a single or a set of the Salsa & Avocado Smoky Whopper with a "Pickup Order" from the official Burger King application. When five stamps are accumulated, customers will receive a coupon for a free side menu item or dessert.

In principle, each menu item is available at all Burger King restaurants nationwide, with some exceptions. Burger King Tokyo Racecourse Store", "Burger King Tsugaike Snow Plaza Store" and "Burger King Osaka Bay Tower Store" do not offer the menu. Sales hours may differ depending on the store. Sales may be temporarily suspended depending on store conditions, and menu items and prices may change without prior notice.
