Ministop's soft-serve ice cream specialty store, Minisof, will release a new product, "Fully Ripe Mango Parfait" on April 22, 2012, to fully enjoy fully ripe mangoes. Miyazaki Mango Soft Serve" and "Miyazaki Mango Soft Serve Mix" will also be available.

Fully Ripe Mango Parfait

This luxurious parfait combines our signature soft-serve vanilla ice cream with a generous amount of ripe apple mango. The perfectly ripe mango fruit melts and is sweet, rich, and juicy. It matches with our signature soft-serve ice cream vanilla for a milky taste. The slightly sour mango syrup adds an accent. You can enjoy a parfait full of mangoes until the very end.


The price is 690 yen (same price including tax both inside and outside the store, same as below). This is a delivery service product, but the price and specifications may differ from those sold in the store.

The milk fat content, which is a characteristic of soft serve ice cream, is reduced and vegetable fat is used. The mangoes are backed with their ripe skin to bring out the full flavor of the mango fruit so that the rich sweetness and unique melt-in-your-mouth texture can be fully appreciated. The price is 430 yen.


The soft serve ice cream is only available in cups.
