Hirata Ranch "Kinka Pork Thick Spicy Miso Ramen

This is the third in the "Kinka Pork Thick Ramen" series and features a tangy and deliciously spicy soup. It contains "Hirata Ranch Kinka Pork Pork Extract," a concentrated flavor extracted from the rare Hirata Ranch Kinka Pork bones after slow cooking, and the original "Hirata Ranch Kinka Pork Lard," a light but rich flavor of Kinka Pork raised on Japanese rice, prepared with white miso paste and accented with chili peppers. The soup also contains collagen extracted from boiled pork bones as a seasoning to mellow the soup. No chemical seasonings are used.

The noodles are "low-temperature mist-aged dried noodles. Unlike most instant noodles, these noodles are not dried quickly at high temperatures, but are slowly dried and aged in a special low-temperature mist dryer. The quality of the noodles is equivalent to that of fresh noodles. The noodles also contain Hirata Ranch's special collagen, which gives them a smooth, plump texture.

The product has a shelf life of 180 days from the time of manufacture. It is suitable not only for daily use, but also for stockpiling for disaster preparedness. It is said to be suitable for today's times when people are less likely to go out and more likely to eat at home.
