The second and third item in YAMITSU KITCHEN's Tareben series, in which Ministop focuses on tare, or sauce-centric thinking, is the Tareben Negi-Shio Pork Kalbi Bento. Following the first "Tare-ben Pork Ginger Yaki Bento" and "Tare-ben Chashu Bento," this time too, YAMITSU KITCHEN has developed this bento with a focus on sauce. The third "Tare-ben" is a bento using "Negi-Salt Sauce".

The savory grilled pork belly is topped with sauce prepared based on Chef Toba's Negi-Shio Dare recipe. Ingredients used include long green onions, sesame oil, salt, vinegar, black pepper, and honey.

The green onion salt sauce is full of chopped green onions and has a particular taste with a good balance of sweet and sour with the flavor of sesame oil. Pouring it on just before eating makes the dish even more delicious.
