Morozoff has announced on its official website that a new baked good, MA TARTE FAVORITE, will be available from Morozoff. The baked goods are said to offer the aroma of caramel, figs, walnuts, and butter, and will be available from April 20 at the Isetan Shinjuku branch of the Mimizuku confectionery store and at the official online store. The price is 2,160 yen for a set of six (including tax, the same below) and 1,080 yen for a set of three.

The thinly baked tart dough is filled with a soft, melt-in-your-mouth filling. The addition of caramel sauce gives the filling a subtle bitterness. A small amount of salt with a mild flavor is also added to further enhance the taste.

Figs with a crunchy texture and walnuts with a crispy texture are combined with the figs to create a dish with a buttery aroma. The subtle aroma of rum and the gentle sweetness of caramel will relax you after a hard day's work.
