Nakau "Chilled udon noodles

Starting April 21, Nakau will sell its classic seasonal product, "chilled udon noodles with chilled sauce".

Nakau's special "tantalizing sesame sauce" is used in the "chilled tantalizing udon noodles. The sesame seeds are micro-roasted and heated evenly to bring out their sweetness. The sesame seeds are "kneaded twice" to create a fine, smooth paste with a rich aroma. The original "tantan sesame sauce" combined with special raayu (Chinese chili oil) will whet your appetite. The lineup is as follows

Thinly Sliced Udon Noodles

This year, all cold udon products use "thinly sliced udon" specially designed for cold udon so that customers can feel the smooth texture of udon after it is cold and crispy. The udon noodles are cut thin so that they are well mixed with the sauce, and they are finished so that they do not become too hard even when cold, giving them an exquisite crunchy texture and smooth taste. The offer applies to chilled udon noodles and the following products.

Cold udon noodles with haikara (small): 200 yen
Chilled special kakiage udon (ordinary) 450 yen
Zaru udon (regular) 400 yen
Zaru udon (large) 500 yen
