Beef bibimbap and pork bibimbap bowls will be available at Matsuya from 10:00 a.m. on April 19. In addition to the sweet and spicy sauce of kimchi and gochujang, the bowls are topped with kinpira gobo (burdock root), green onion, egg, and nori (seaweed).

The bibim-don, which has remained popular since its first appearance in 2004, is back with renewed vigor, and has been sorely missed every time it is sold out. This time, "Beef Bibim-don," which is full of richness, and "Pork Bibim-don," which has a great combination of lean flavor and sauce, are brushed up and released at the same time. In addition to the "Angus beef bibimbong" that has been available as a regular menu item since March 2021, there will be a total of three bibimbong lineup.

The "Beef Bibim-don" and "Pork Bibim-don" are a perfect combination of the delicious flavor of each meat and the sweet and spicy sauce of kimchi and gochujang (Korean red pepper paste). The crunchy kinpira gobo (burdock root) and crispy green onions accentuate the flavor. We recommend mixing the thick egg and flavorful nori together and eating it with gusto.
