The new "Kyushu Hanami Tori Burger (Yuzu Pepper Mayo)" and "Kyushu Hanami Tori Burger (Mentaiko Mayo)" will be available at the Lotteria Kiyama Parking Area Store and the Lotteria Kiyama Parking Area Upward Route Store only from April 21. They are priced at 550 yen each (10% tax included).

The chicken fillet is made from Kyushu's "Hanami Tori" chicken, which is raised on feed fermented for a long time in a near-natural environment with plenty of light and a mixture of about 60 kinds of seaweed, vegetables, fruit extracts, and other ingredients. The chicken patty has a crispy, chewy texture thanks to the batter made with Ten Tamama, and is served with Yuzu Kosho mayo sauce, which uses Yuzu Kosho pepper produced in Kyushu and has a fresh flavor and just the right amount of spiciness, as well as lettuce.

The burger combines a crispy chicken filet from Kyushu's "Hanami chicken" with a mentaiko mayo sauce and lettuce.


Since 2011, Lotteria has developed a variety of limited-edition burgers for local consumption and regional revitalization.
