Matsunaga Seika will introduce a summer-only "Shio Shiruko Sando", which will be available nationwide from April 18. The product will come in 16 individually-wrapped bags totaling 85 grams, and will be available nationwide from April 18 at an estimated price of 162 yen (tax included).

A limited-time-only flavor of the long-selling "Shiruko Sando" series, which has been sold in Aichi and other prefectures since 1966 as a baked pastry with red bean paste made from Hokkaido red beans.

The sweetness of the shiruko sandwiches has been preserved, and the sharp taste and saltiness of Hakko salt has made it an irresistible treat. The shelf life is 180 days.

The product will be sold at convenience stores, mass merchandisers, drugstores, and retail stores, as well as Matsunaga's official online store and directly managed "Pine tree factory" stores. The official online store will charge a separate delivery fee. However, orders of 4,000 yen or more will be shipped free of charge. In addition, delivery to Okinawa Prefecture may be subject to a change in delivery charges.
