Cafe COMSA [Ginza Store] Setoka and black tea amandine cake from Yamauchi Farm in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture.

To celebrate "Orange Day" on April 14, each of the 27 Café COMSA outlets will offer different cakes made with oranges, which are in season, for three days from April 12 to 14.

Orange Day," which falls on April 14, is a commemorative day that was established in 2009, following the idea of a citrus farmer in Ehime in 1994 to promote the appeal of oranges and the customs related to oranges. To celebrate "Orange Day," pastry chefs at all 27 Café COMSA stores have created cakes that are full of individuality, paying particular attention to the cut, design, and cream to match, in order to provide the best taste of oranges selected by the pastry chefs themselves.
