Fresh Custard Eclair
Eclair made with "premium eggs" for a delicious custard. The sweetness and richness of the egg cream with the addition of brandy as a secret ingredient makes this eclair a delight to eat. It is covered with a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate coating. The price is 162 yen (tax included).
Mizuwarabi Momo
A gorgeous looking sweet that spreads the fresh taste and aroma of peaches. Peach dice, strawbutter and milk jelly are trapped in a thick peach gelée. Price: 257 yen.
Cheese Souffle & Rare Cheese Cake
Two cakes in one box. The cheese soufflé is made with two kinds of cheese, one from Australia and the other from Hokkaido, and baked in hot water with meringue for a soft and moist texture. The rare cheese cake is made with Hokkaido cheese, lemon juice and sour cream for a refreshing aftertaste. The price is 421 yen.
Uchicafe O2 supervised ginger-scented apricot ice bar 84ml (2.84us fl oz)
Supervised by Chef Otsu of the popular Chinese restaurant "O2" in Kiyosumi Shirakawa. Milk-like apricot ice cream is coated with apricot and ginger chocolate. The secret ingredient is brown sugar, which gives it a complex flavor. Price: 198 yen.
Uchicafé O2 Supervision Luxury Chocolate Cup 100ml (3.38us fl oz)
Chocolate cup supervised by O2, a popular Michelin-listed Chinese restaurant. Bitter Belgian chocolate ice cream is topped with rich Belgian chocolate sauce. Price: 215 yen.
