Cafe de Crié "Black Tea Chiffon Cake

Cafe de Crié will launch a dessert menu item, "Tea Chiffon Cake," on April 13. The chiffon cake is baked with black tea powder made from Ceylon black tea and black tea sauce made from Earl Grey tea leaves, and is said to be soft and light in texture.

The dessert menu "Tea Chiffon Cake" is a light and fluffy chiffon cake baked with Ceylon black tea powder and Earl Grey tea sauce. The top surface is finished with whipped topping and black tea sauce, allowing you to enjoy the full flavor of the tea. It is recommended to pair it with a rich royal milk tea made from Assam and Ceylon blended tea leaves.
