Village Vanguard has introduced the "[Uminotomodachi] Sponge" and "[Uminotomodachi] Multi Mat Mendako", kitchen sponges featuring popular sea creatures. The design features a sea slug and a mendako.

Sponge

Reproducing the colorful and unique pattern of a sea slug, this kitchen sponge is an item that makes washing up a little tedious and fun. It can be used to pinch plates and change its shape by rolling it up, making it easy to use. Even the sense of touch is reproduced in a slightly surrealistic way. While washing, its dull eyes meet your eyes.


The design reproduces five types of nudibranchs. The sea slugs will include the Blue Sea Slug, the Snowy Sea Slug, the Strawberry Sea Slug, the Mississippi Sea Slug, and the Pandanus Nudibranch. Each is priced at 770 yen (tax included). Size: W100 x H150mm.

Sea Tomodachi] Multi-mat Mendako

Mendaco's multi-mat can be used for wiping dishes, drying dishes, and many other purposes. The fabric has cushioning properties that allow wiping dishes and utensils without damaging them. It dries quickly, and even if it gets wet, its water absorbency is restored by simply wringing it out. With a loop, it can be hung on a hook to dry.
