BUTTER STATE's, a specialty butter sweets store, will release its new Butter States Mango Butter, Lemonese, and Butter States Spring Box on April 8.

Butter States Mango Butter

The signature cookie "Butter States," made with Hokkaido butter kneaded to the utmost limit, became a big hit, selling 300,000 units in the first month of its opening. The new "Butter States Mango Butter" is a yellow-colored "Butter States Basic" poured with sun-drenched mango and fresh sour passion fruit chocolates. It is topped with cubes of dried mango for the finishing touch. Priced at 540 yen (tax included, same as below) for 3 pieces, available from April 8 until around the end of September.

Lemonese

A lovely butter cake that looks like a lemon. The outside is made of soft lemon-scented dough, and the inside is moistened with lemon damande filling containing lemon peel. Both inside and outside are full of lemon, and the fresh aroma can be enjoyed. Priced at 561 yen for a set of 3 or 1,080 yen for a set of 6, the cakes will be on sale from April 8 until the end of September.

Butter States Spring Box

The assortment box is rich in variety and includes "Basic" with plenty of butter, "Chocolat" with mellow cocoa, "Almond" with fragrant caramelized nuts, "Berry Sugar" covered with sweet and sour strawberry snow, and the new "Mango Butter" and "Lemonese". The cute little box is also recommended for Mother's Day. Priced at 1,512 yen, the box will be on sale from April 8 to May 8.
