Fruit tart specialist Quilfévon's new frozen cake "Honey Lemon Madeleine Tart (15cm: frozen type)" will go on sale on April 11 at 11:00 a.m., exclusively through its Web store, and can be shipped nationwide. The price is 4,320 yen (tax included) per whole cake.

The "Honey Lemon Madeleine Tart (15cm: frozen type)" consists of a crispy tart dough, hazelnut madeleine slowly baked with fermented butter, glass au citron (lemon icing), and generously decorated with honey-sweetened lemon. Between the madeleine and the tart dough is homemade honey lemon jam. The edges of the tart are decorated with pistachios.
