Hyuganatsu is characterized by the sweetness of the cotton-like white part inside the skin. When eaten with the pulp, this fruit offers a perfect harmony with the tartness of the flesh.

The "Miyazaki Hyuganatsu Parfait" combines homemade hyuganatsu granite (a semi-frozen sherbet-like ice cream made of fruit juice, liqueur, syrup, etc.), vanilla ice cream & whipped cream. The milkiness of the hyuganatsu, vanilla ice cream and cream, and the hyuganatsu granite are matched to create a taste that is only available now. Priced at 1,380 yen / 1,690 yen with drink (tax included).

The refreshingly sour and sweet hyuganatsu is sandwiched with our signature cheese cream and whipped cream on savory whole wheat bread. You can enjoy the exquisite harmony of hyuganatsu and whipped cream. The price is 880 yen / 1,190 yen with drink (tax included).
