Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory's long-selling "Milk Cheese Cake" will introduce a seasonal flavor for this spring. The "Strawberry Mousse" is a combination of Fukuoka Prefecture-grown Amaou strawberry puree, Hokkaido-grown Mascarpone and cream cheese, and the "Mousse Fromage" is made of Hokkaido-grown cream cheese and fresh cream. These two delicacies are gently wrapped in moist crepe dough and decorated with strawberry-flavored crumbs. The sweet and sour taste of strawberries and the mild flavor of the mousse will fill your mouth!
