On April 4, JR East Cross Station Retail Company will release "Retro Train Destination Display Marshmallows" featuring destination displays of old trains that were mainly used in the old Showa period. It contains 6 marshmallows and a card (one of four types enclosed). The price is 680 yen (tax included).

The marshmallows and can containers are printed with the destination signs of old trains that were active in the Showa period. The destination markings were created with the cooperation and under the supervision of TOMYTEC, which handles model trains and other products. A total of eight types, two for each of the four lines: Chuo Line, Keihin Tohoku Line, Joban Line, and Nambu Line, are available. The designs are designed to appeal not only to railroad fans, but also to those who are not familiar with the trains of the time.
