Sushiro Kushiki-Ishi-neta Festival

Sushiro will hold a "Special Ichi-shi Neta Festival" from April 6, 2012. Sushi Raw will be selling "Whole Live Abalone," "Rare Tuna Shabu," "Top Quality Toro Katsuo," "Two Pieces of Fresh Tuna," "Fresh Tuna Tuna Tail," "Natural Indian Tuna Nakafoshi," "Double Toro Salmon," "Special Matsusaka Beef Nigiri" and "Natural Large Shrimp Boiled in the Restaurant.

Specialty items festival

This is a fair that can only be offered in a short period of time, featuring "top-quality" ingredients that are difficult to procure in large quantities and products for which a great deal of "effort" has been spared in the restaurant. The featured product is Sushiro's first "raw tuna," using brand-name tuna grown in Amakusa, Kumamoto. Two items will be available: "2 pieces of raw tuna", which includes lean tuna and medium fatty tuna, and "Large pieces of raw tuna". The menu also features a variety of carefully selected top-quality items, such as the "Superior Toro Katsuo," which has an exceptional fat content, and the "Special Matsusaka Beef Nigiri," which uses a famous brand of beef with high-quality, melt-in-your-mouth fat.
